Shipping Information

When you order from Teecherish Store you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. You can check your order delivery by entering tracking number that we sent on carier website

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of ordering and then shipped. Please note that we are off on the weekend which may cause the delay. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3 working days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

TIME FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER

The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:

SHIPPING COST

The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

We use Flat rate for Shipping Fee:

For Continental US: Standard Shipping: $6.99 for all items and $2.99 for additional item

Rest of World: Standard Shipping: $15.99 for all items and $2.99 for additional item

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your package’s tracking information.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated over 6 days you received order tracking number, please contact us at our customer support email for quick assistance.

NOTE

Please ensure all delivery information is correct, If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

You have up to 24 hours to update your delivery address. Please email us at [email protected] if you need the address to be changed

Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which is out of our control. For more information, please contact your local Customs office.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
